This Privacy Policy explains how Alltimizer ("Alltimizer", "we", "us"), operated by Omniamus S.R.L., collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website (alltimizer.com) and our Android application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Alltimizer is an online marketplace where people buy and sell outcome-based services, research, and expertise, and take part in play-money prediction markets. We act as the data controller for the information described below.

2. Information we collect

• Account information— your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's email, name, and profile picture.
• Profile & content — bio, avatar, listings, bounties, pitches, reviews, messages, prediction-market activity, and other content you choose to create.
• Financial & transaction data — your on-platform balance and ledger, purchases, payouts, and subscription status. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe) and on Google Play — we never see or store your card numbers.
• Device & push data — on the mobile app, a push notification token so we can send you alerts (e.g. when you get paid), and basic device/platform information.
• Usage & technical data — actions you take in the Service, log data, IP address, and approximate region, used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the product.

3. How we use your information

• Operate the marketplace and deliver the features you request.
• Process payments, pay out sellers, and manage wallets and subscriptions.
• Send transactional notifications (email and push).
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and secure your account.
• Understand usage and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Alltimizer:

• Stripe — payment processing and seller payouts (marketplace purchases, wallet top-ups, web subscriptions).
• Google — Google Sign-In and, on Android, Google Play Billing for subscriptions.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications to your device.
• Hosting & infrastructure — our cloud providers for application hosting and the database.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe and by Google Play; Alltimizer never receives your full card details. Your wallet balance is real money held for use on the platform and is withdrawable to your connected bank account through Stripe.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Financial and transaction records are retained as required by law and accounting rules. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see below); some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also revoke notification permissions in your device settings and cancel subscriptions in Google Play or on the website.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and signed authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Children

Alltimizer is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where it is, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app.
